I'm back and I hope that this time I won't stay away so long.
First there were the holidays in Crete which you may have followed on Instagram but I also got bored, I couldn't see the point of beads or blogging anymore. I definitely needed a break and for the for the first time in quite a long time I didn't take anything crafty equipment or material with me.
I read a lot and enjoyed the moments with my husband and children.
Back in Paris, I'm considering beading again and I feel like sharing here. We'll see how this goes.
Here's what I made today, some surprisingly short blue earrings to remind me of the gorgeous blues of the Cretan sea and sky.

I just finished teaching about Cretan costumes in my Class. Would love to hear from you about modern day Crete to see how they have evolved
RépondreSupprimerYour earrings are surprisingly lovely...and I understand the need for a break from jewelry. I felt the same, but went to Paris instead. :) I miss reading the blogs that are being abandoned. So chin up!
RépondreSupprimerI missed you---so glad you are back! I always love your blog and beautiful jewelry. Crete is beautiful and your earrings definitely evoke a feeling of the Cretan sea and sky. Welcome back!
