I'm trying to come back here regularly, it's time, because next week I'll be back in school, teaching.
So to work against the gloomy weather and the end of holidays, here are three necklaces. They have not much in common, only the pleasure of making them.
For the first one I tried knotting with silk, this is very fluid and pleasant. I think I'll use it more often.

Then, I received some beads from Happy Fish and while putting them in their box I noticed this stairs/pyramid pendant and felt like adding a Scorched Earth flower to it. I got the chain at the flea market.
Finally, today, after trying without success to make a bracelet, I went through my Happy Fish box again to make a more delicate necklace, as far as I can be delicate!

And now I should try working on that bracelet again...
Your jewelry is so lovely. I so enjoy watching your process of making it and the end results.
RépondreSupprimerI like the second necklace for its colors and asymmetrical structure give it a very old world charm. I get you point about making delicate pieces, they are indeed more difficult to conceive than big statement pieces
RépondreSupprimerI love these necklaces. The first with the orange and black is so vibrant. I just love everything about the one with the stair step pendant, and the third has so much visual interest. I bet it has great movement!
