The reveal of the Sweet Honey Challenge organized by Andrew Thornton is today and maybe you remember the kit Andrew sent.
My first step is always to separate and classify the beads, I need order!
And then I start.
This time I tried to make as many pieces as I could and to use the kit as much as I could. So here is the result.
A first necklace with the biggest beads from the kit and a bottle filled with beads from the kit too.
Fermoir / Clasp, Faery Stones |
A second shorter necklace with the linen, seed beads and stones.
A third necklace with Andrew's special component, a filigree, the cube beads and a drop bead.

Wow!!! Karin you did an amazing job with your kit!!! I love each and every lovely piece of jewelry you made!!!
RépondreSupprimerWow Karin, Amazing job, I love the first necklace and both the earrings. They are as delicious if not more than honey
RépondreSupprimerYou really made the most of this kit! I love everything. I love how you used that drop bead hanging from the mystery component. I thought that especially looked like a drop of delicious honey! The little bottles filled with beads are very clever. My favorite is probably the last pair of earrings. They are just so pretty!
RépondreSupprimerI really like your designs! My favorites are the necklace with the mystery component and the last pair of earrings. Everything is so pretty!
RépondreSupprimerWow wow wow! My favorite is the honeycomb and filigree, that was a perfect choice to use filigree rounds with the squares from the kit! And I always love any multisstrand bracelets! Oh, the honey pot earrings and necklace were a great idea as well!!
RépondreSupprimerWow, you made an awesome assortment. That's really clever how you added the beads to the little bottles. Love all of it.
RépondreSupprimerFabulous, Just Fabulous love all the bottles filled with beads, lovely pieces all.
RépondreSupprimerWow! I'm so impressed by the number and quality of your pieces! They are all lovely but that first necklace might be my favorite. You made multi-strand look effortless with your second piece and both pairs of earrings are just adorable.
RépondreSupprimerOh my! So many impressive creations! Great job! I adore the whimsical, little bottle in the first necklace. Even though I know they're beads, it reminds me of bee pollen. The shorter necklace is so opulent! I love the coil of beaded texture! The third necklace has a classic, art nouveau feel! I love how the drop looks like a drop of honey dripping from the honeycomb. I also like the rustic, eclectic feel of the bracelet. The ceramic bead goes perfectly! And all the earrings are so stylish! Fantastic job! Thanks so much for participating!
