AJE Component Of the Month / Composant du mois

I was one of the lucky winners of the january component of the month challenge from Art Jewelry Elements.
I received these gorgeous glass beads from Jen Cameron of Glass Addictions.

I hesitated between water and winter and I still don't know what I chose, but here is what I made,

Looking at the picture, I would say winter with this clear and silver spiral.

  1. When I look at your picture, the first thing I can remember are those small icicles that used to form in the freezers of 80-90s refrigerators - Tiny, crystalline, cool with a hint of a fantasy element and thats what ur neck too represents to me

  8. Hi Karin, Having Jen's beads as the only color really lets them be the focus of the necklace. Your design is wonderful.

  11. Beautiful beads you got, and I love what you did with them! It does look wintry to me, but I wonder if in the heat of summer, I'd see it differently.
