Week 2: A silhouette
I had no choice but to turn to the Ginkgo Biloba trees in the park, my season landmark.
In the first weeks of January they are bare, with only the promise of future buds and the magnificent colors to come.
A lovely photo - the trees look stunning against that beautiful blue sky.
RépondreSupprimerLove the blue sky, something we have not seen much of around here. Also like how the branches of the tree fill up the frame of the picture.
RépondreSupprimerLooking forward to seeing that tree again later in the year with buds and then leaves! When the sky is that colour they are so pretty!
RépondreSupprimerWhat a lovely shape those branches have. You can see the buds, don't see those yet on our trees. Love it!
RépondreSupprimerGreat photo! It'll be fun to see it through the seasons...
RépondreSupprimerLove it! Perfect for this week's prompt. Great capture for sure!!
RépondreSupprimerA beautiful photo. I have one of these trees in my yard though it is a young one. The leaves are a lovely shape.
RépondreSupprimerBeautiful tree ... beautiful sky! You captured both perfectly!
RépondreSupprimerVery striking
RépondreSupprimerI love the tree against the different shades of blue in the sky, gorgeous!
RépondreSupprimerBeautiful picture, the tree makes such an impact against the sky.
RépondreSupprimerWhat a gorgeous blue sky! That tree is amazing. You'll have to photograph it through the coming seasons for us.
