A Time To Stitch 6

This is my second time doing the A Time To Stitch challenge organized by Therese Frank and Christine Altmiller.
This time we had to follow a chart. I chose  Carole Collier's Bargello  pendant in Easy Bead Stitches: Brick Stitch.
I 'd been wanting to make this pendant for a long time but I lacked the motivation! Thank you Therese and Christine for pushing me to do it.
I could rediscover the meditative pleasure you experience when you follow a chart.
I'll try not to forget it and go back to it more often!

  5. Wow Karin G you did an awesome job! Brick stitch is one of my least favorite stitches so when someone does a piece of this magnitude using brick stitch my hat is off to you. Your pendant is beautiful I love the colors you chose to use it is very vibrant. Thank you for participating again in the ATTS challenge I hope that you will be back for round 7.

  10. Oh My! I just love how your piece takes a traditional pattern and renders it in a new scale, with a surprising color palette. Makes us look at Bargello in a whole new context. Riveting!
