Yesterday I should have shown you what I had made for the Pearl Challenge #4 organized by Lisa Lodge from A Grateful Artist - Pine Ridge Treasures. As usual she sent a lot of beautiful beads, rounds and drops in pink, white and grey. I'm telling you because I didn't take a picture, as usual…
I started thinking about it quite a while ago. Around October, I started a daisy chain, and stopped then I started working on a cabochon and dropped it. It broke in two pieces.
Life and time went on and yesterday, I had nothing to show, the chain was still unfinished and the cab still broken.
I almost didn't do it.
I took my cab, glued it back whole, started bezeling it and then didn't like the result at all.
I decided to stop.
I looked at my magazines, took my beads, walked around and finally decided that even if inspiration wasn't there, I should try. Anyway, ideas never come like that, for me at least, I need to make to see ideas coming.
So I made, simple.

Here is my attempt at embroidery, which will end in the pile of things to undo.
I couldnt help but smile at your last comment - pile of things to undo - Haaaa a single seater couch in my living room is filled with such projects which I have not cleaned for nearly a month
